Founder & Partner
Ori setianto, S.H., M.H.
Coming from humble beginnings, Ori furthered his education at the Faculty of Law in Indonesia’s top university, University of Indonesia (FHUI) in 1995 and later graduated in 1999 for his undergraduate degree (S1), with a specialization program in Civil Law. He continued his Postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia, with a specialization in Criminal Law and obtained a Masters in Law (M.H.) in 2007.
Armed with extensive experience in the field of law for over 25 years, Ori’s trademark is to provide fresh ideas and different strategies in dealing with legal problems faced by clients.
Even while he was still in college in 1998, he had garnered the opportunity to do an internship at the Advocate Office of Yan Apul & Partners and continued as a Lawyer there after graduating until 2001. Experienced in litigation by attending various courts, at all levels and handling many problems as a Corporate Lawyer 2001-2004, he practiced directly in the corporate and property fields, by joining the Dharmala Group as Legal Manager and actively participated in various international conferences in the field of business and property law, both domestic and foreign property law. In 2012, he received the license to be a Capital Market Consultant from the Capital Market and Financial Institution Supervisory Agency (“BAPEPAM-LK”). Apart from his profession as an advocate, Ori has held a strategic position as the President Commissioner for PT Citra Marga Nusaphala Persada, Tbk.
Currently, he is holding the positions of Director of PT Sistem Solusindo International (Schaefer System International-Germany), President Commissioner of PT EcoEnergi Asia, and the President Director of PT Citra Maharlika Lintas Wahana (Lintas Shuttle), a transportation company. Ori is also a member of the professional organization, the Capital Market Consultants Association (HKPM). Among his long list of professional positions is the Legal Consultant for the Indonesian Real Estate Broker Association (AREBI) DPD DKI Jakarta and DPD West Java region. Since 2018, he has succeeded in helping business acquisitions and debt restructuring for businesses that vary from up to 1 million US Dollars to 300 million dollars, which is not an easy feat. As of 2020, Ori has garnered the position of President Commisioner at PT. Artha Permata Makmur also known as Cash Cepat (i.e. a financial technology application registered in OJK).
His specialties include but not limited to: Capital Market Law, Labor Law, Real Estate, Consumer Disputes, Bankruptcy and PKPU and Arbitration and recently studied law on Financial Technology ("Fintech")

Hendrawan Agusta, S.h., M.H.
He is an Alumni of the Faculty of Law, Diponegoro University in 2010 with a specialization in Civil Business Law. Hendrawan graduated as Master of Law at the University of Indonesia in 2020 with a specialization in Economic Law. He Joined OSS Partnership since 2010 and has developed an adept skill at handling various cases, especially Criminal, Labor, Land Affairs, Consumer Disputes, furthermore, he heads the Fintech Division of OSS Partnership. Tactical in handling criminal cases and promoting peace solutions is the hallmark of Hendrawan. Many of the cases he handled were concluded with peace agreements.
The principle he has always adhered to is: “the best possible settlement of cases is through peace”.
